We’re Hiring: Sales & Operations Assistant (Remote Position)

We’re a growing landscape material and trucking company with a newly launched residential division, and we’re looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to help support both our residential material sales and trucking operations.

What You’ll Do:

Residential Division (Sales Focus):

  •  Generate and follow up on leads for residential landscape material delievery services

  •  Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through our process

  •  Assist with quotes, scheduling, and customer inquiries

Trucking Division (Operations Support):

  •  Help with dispatching and coordinating routes

  •  Perform data entry and maintain accurate load and customer records

  •  Support logistics team with daily administrative tasks

Marketing (Optional/Additional):

  •  Assist with basic marketing tasks including social media posts, email campaigns, or digital content

  •  Help promote both divisions and attract new customers

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Strong communication and organizational skills

  •  Sales experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of landscape materials and aggregates

  •  Comfortable with data entry, scheduling, and customer service

  •  Experience in logistics, dispatching, or trucking industry is a bonus

  •  Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

  •  Able to work independently and manage time well

Position Details:

  •  Remote (work from home), with in person meeting weekly.

  •  Flexible hours with core availability during weekdays

  •  Room for growth as we continue to expand
