The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor will manage daily operations,
motivate team members, and ensure high-quality, efficient project completion. The ideal candidate
leads by example, maintains high standards, operates landscaping machinery proficiently, and drives
productivity while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape maintenance crews, including:






Ensure timely and quality completion of landscape maintenance work at multiple sites
Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping practices, safety procedures,
and equipment use
Perform regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and contractual standards
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, and maintenance best practices

Ability to read and interpret maintenance schedules
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
