We are a food manufacturing company based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. We produce fresh, frozen and freeze dried meats, meals, soups and sauces.

We are looking for a Plant Supervisor that can run all day-to-day operations in the plant. The PS will be responsible for managing the following departments: Operations, Food Production, Maintenance, Facilities, and Logistics.

• Production scheduling
• Ensuring the production schedule is on track and profitable
• Working with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment is working
• Working with the QA department on maintaining and achieving all food safety related goals and metrics
• Working with outside suppliers and vendors
• Managing all staff performance metrics

The ideal candidate for the Plant Supervisor will have had extensive experience in leadership. We operate in a very fast pace and changing environment. Managing people and operations quickly, safely and profitably is of the utmost importance. We can train the ideal candidate on our processes, procedures, and even about food manufacturing. The most important skillsets that we need is someone that is organized, can lead and delegate, and maintain a profitable and safe operation.
