JOB SUMMARY
The Bus Driver Trainer provides comprehensive training to school bus driver applicants and current drivers through both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training sessions. This position ensures that all drivers are knowledgeable and compliant with district, state, and federal transportation regulations and safety standards. The trainer assesses training needs, reinforces safe driving practices, and prepares drivers for state certification. Additionally, the Bus Driver Trainer maintains accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
