The successful candidate must be highly motivated and hard-working, with the ability to perform a wide variety of legal tasks including legal research and writing, and interviewing/interacting with clients and others. Qualified candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with shareholders and other attorneys to address challenging legal issues.
