Job Summary/Basic Function:
Prepare daily deposits summaries for Cashier’s office. Prepare daily deposit summaries for all University Auxiliary and Departments. Train departments on cash procedures and deposit preparation requirements. Ensure WSU departments are in daily compliance with depositing rules and regulations to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws. Ensure accuracy of cash processing for reporting to University Account Services. Assist with Third Party and Sponsor account processing, including imaging and indexing documents.

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred:
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with word processing, databases and spreadsheet programs.
• Experience with enterprise reporting software also beneficial.
