We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our Draper-based team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, educating them on our internet services and converting leads into subscribers. You’ll play a vital role in driving growth by promoting our services, following up on inquiries, and ensuring every potential customer gets an exceptional first impression of Utah Broadband.
This is a fully in-office position based in Draper, UT, offering an hourly base wage plus an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Sales: Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and text. Proactively follow up on leads generated by marketing and community outreach efforts.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions using Utah Broadband’s internet offerings.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in our CRM system.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Product Expertise: Stay informed on Utah Broadband’s fiber and fixed-wireless capabilities, service areas, pricing, and promotions.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with field installation teams and customer support to ensure a smooth hand-off and excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous inside or retail sales experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
Comfortable using CRM software and phone-based sales systems
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and goal-driven environment
Must be able to work on-site full-time from our Draper office
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay plus commission (OTE commensurate with performance)
$20-24 hourly plus commission.
Total comp could be in the neighborhood of $65k+ annually.
