Freestone Custom Decks is looking for a highly experienced Deck Builder or Framer/Carpenter to lead our premium outdoor living projects. This is a top-tier position for someone who thrives on craftsmanship, leadership, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in framing, carpentry, or custom deck construction
• Must have experience working with composite decking products such as Trex, TimberTech, or Fiberon
• Proven ability to run projects start to finish, including layout, framing, decking, and railing installation
• Ability to read plans, lead a crew, and coordinate with inspectors and clients
• High standards for quality, safety, and job site professionalism
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in your work
