We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team as a Scale Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically inclined person with a Class B CDL to develop a rewarding career in a specialized field. As a Scale Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, testing, calibrating, and installing a wide variety of scales, including truck scales, industrial scales, and laboratory scales.

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electronic scale systems.

Performing preventative maintenance on scales.

Maintaining accurate service records.

Providing excellent customer service.

Traveling to customer sites to perform on-site service and installations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Valid Class B CDL REQUIRED.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel (significant travel required).

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have clean MVR and be able to pass background check.

Training will be provided to the right individual.
