As a Sales Development Representative at CHIIRP, you’ll play a key role in driving our revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to the CHIIRP platform and sparking their interest in how we can help their business grow.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Set up discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive team
• Research and identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and pain points
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversions
• Continuously improve prospecting techniques through feedback, A/B testing, and learning
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven attitude
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
