La Europa Academy is hiring an adolescent medication manager. You'll be working in long-term (9-12 month), private-pay, gorgeous residential facility catered to artsy, creative teens through our fine arts classes and expressive therapies team. Our medication manager will attend treatment team and monthly medication management sessions with each student. Weekly on-campus presence of approximately 8 hours; extended hours (12–16 hours) on the first and second week of each month.

The Basics

• Located in beautiful Murray, UT; must be on site.
• Flexible hours outside of 9am-1pm on the 1st and 2nd Tuesday of each month.
• Part Time Medication Manager for 51-bed residential treatment center working with high school students, ages 14 - 18 years old.
• Experience working with anxiety and depression a must.
• The program uses DBT, Radically Open DBT, ERP, Brainspotting, and a wide variety of experiential therapies.
• JCAHO accredited program in operation since 2005.
• LGBTQ+ supportive environment.
• We work with the full spectrum of gender expression (all of our clients were assigned female at birth).

Work Location

• Easily accessed from I-15 and I-215.
• Beautiful campus includes arts facilities, lush grounds, sport court

• Participate in Treatment Team in the morning on the 1st and 2nd Tuesday of the month
• Meet with each student monthly to assess medication effectiveness
• Follow up with parents for updates and approval on medication changes
• Respond to urgent issues via phone including medication reactions or mental health crises.

The ability to prescribe medications for adolescents in mental health treatment.
