Install iron doors, luxury windows, and entry systems at residential and light commercial properties.

Prepare job sites, including unloading materials, protecting client property, and cleaning up after work is completed.

Measure, align, and adjust doors and windows for a perfect fit and function.

Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.

Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and building codes.

Work collaboratively with crew members and maintain a professional demeanor on site.

Communicate clearly with clients when needed to explain work being done or answer basic questions.

Report progress, challenges, and completion details to the Crew Lead or Owner.

Occasionally assist with transporting materials and equipment between sites.

Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or door/window installation preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy doors, frames, and glass safely.

Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Professional attitude and good communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
