Weber Law Group, PLLC, a boutique law firm located in North Utah County looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to add to our team. Energetic and professional work environment. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or secretary is a plus. Flexible schedule 30-40 hours per week during office hours (8:30am – 5:30pm). Will spend a significant amount of time using a computer and telephone. Unlimited UTO with approval. Compensation based on experience. 401K plan. Work in our American Fork office.
• Support attorneys and paralegals with daily office management
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and conduct calls as needed
• Send and receive email, fax, and other communications
• Drafting, addressing and mailing letters
• Maintain case filing system and client management software
• Create new files for new clients (digital and hard copy)
• Calendar appointments, deadlines, and events
• Transcribe recordings and dictations
• Update office policies and procedures as directed
• Arrange travel
• Process inbound and outbound invoices
• Process and accept payments from clients
• Manage office supplies
• Perform additional daily office tasks as directed
• Previous administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs
• Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. telephone, copier, scanner, printer)
• Must be personable and comfortable on the telephone
• Proficient in time and multi-task management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proofreading and attention to detail
• Notary public preferred
• Organized and punctual
• Previous law firm experience preferred
