Full time front office receptionists needed for our Vineyard location.

Alpine Pediatrics is a very busy pediatric doctors’ office. We currently have offices in Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Vineyard, and our new office located just 2100 N in Lehi.

Greet guests as they arrive, check patients in, process payments, answer and screen incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain office compliance by following all policies and procedures, data entry; scanning and faxing; and other front-office responsibilities. 

We are looking for someone with receptionist experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are someone who learns quickly, is detail oriented, and has excellent customer service skills, this position may be a great fit for you! Spanish speakers are welcomed to apply. 

Position requires four 10 hour shifts 7:45 am to 5:45 pm M-F. Day off will depend on coverage needs.
