LandRancher Excavation is looking for skilled and qualified excavation laborers to expand our crews. Pay range is $15-$20/hour based on skills and experience. Benefits include paid holidays (7 each year), Construction Bonuses on EVERY paycheck, and PTO earned every year with limited rollover.

SCHEDULING

-5 Day work week (M-F)

-10 hour days // ~50 hours per week or more during the busy season. Slows down to 40 during the slow season. Overtime pay (1.5x) earned at >40 hours per workweek. We do our best to provide 40 hours year-round to our full-time crew members - even in winter.

-Our crews begin the work day by meeting at our storage yard in Millcreek at 7:00am. Occasionally you will be asked to meet at the jobsite instead. Crews are often back home or on the way back to the yard by 5:00pm. This is subject to change depending on project schedules and jobsite needs/deadlines.

PAY / BENEFITS

-2-week pay periods, ending on Saturday nights. Paychecks/Direct Deposits roll out every other Wednesday.

-A Construction Bonus is a flat dollar amount that will be added to every paycheck that you work 80+ hours per pay period. This bonus starts at $75/paycheck, and increases by $75 for each full year worked at LandRancher - up to $300/paycheck after 4 years of employment.

-Your pay package may also include Paid Time Off depending on past experience. The number of PTO hours earned will increase annually depending on experience and the number of years worked at LandRancher.

-We have 7 paid Holidays each year. New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

JOBSITE RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform manual labor (grading, shoveling, raking, heavy lifting)

-Use power tools such as chainsaws, grinders, concrete saws, etc.

-Operate compaction machinery, such as Jumping Jack Compactors and Plate Compactors

-Lay pipe for utilities

-Work as a team

-Follow directions from the Foreman on site

JOB LOCATIONS

All of jobs take place along the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back Areas. You will meet with our crew at our yard in Salt Lake City and travel to job sites in a company truck. This travel time will be paid at your normal wage (as determined by the interviewing process).

REQUIREMENTS

-1 or more years of construction experience required.

-Valid U.S. Driver's License or Driving Privilege Card required.
