Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to break into sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The role involves both event/trade show support and direct sales activities outside the office.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent Rapid Reboot at trade shows, expos, & athletic events (Marathons, Triathlons, etc)
- Set up and manage event booths, educate attendees, and demonstrate our products
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and drive on-site sales
- Follow up with leads post-event to close sales and build relationships
- Conduct in-person product demos and meetings with prospective customers
- Support the sales team with other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and high-energy personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to events (typically weekends and some weekdays)
- Interest in health, fitness, and athletic recovery is a plus
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a sales role
- Ability to lift and transport event materials
Preferred but Not Required:
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service
- Background in sports, fitness, or health-related industries
