Foreman

Laborer: Required, but not limited to. Must be able to lift 50 pounds plus on a regular basis. General labor. Form packing, cleaning, loading, and unloading. General clean up. Gravel, and road base shoveling. Concrete shoveling, and raking. Tool washing. Tool clean up and proper replacement in the trucks. You will be learning to finish concrete, a necessary skill for advancement. $20.00 plus

Concrete Finisher: Required, but not limited to. All of the jobs listed above. We are a small company everyone chips in. Finishing concrete to the standard, and requirements of the company owner. A finishers definition is someone that can finish at least 10 yards of unlined concrete by hand. I.E. a floor. Tools can be provided, but must be taken care of. It will be finished to M.Y. Enterprises specifications. There is room for advancement for motivated individuals. $24/hr plus depending on previous experience and skills, dictated by management.

Foreman: Required, but not limited to. All the jobs listed above. Everyone chips in, including the owner. That being said if foreman duties are required they take precedent. Foreman will Do everything listed under finisher. They will be required to show proof of plan knowledge, and on the job skills. Leadership, concrete figuring, plan reading, Symons forms, footings, sidewalk, driveways, etc....... Wages depend on skill and dependability. $26 plus. Truck may be an option with proven skill. 

Benefits can be negotiated. PTO etc....
