DocuMart of Utah, Inc, a full-service printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate has experience in digital printing and has some graphic design knowledge. We are a customer focused company, excellent customer service skills are required. We are the industry leader in fast turnaround, high quality print production. This is a fast paced career. • Review and translate job tickets.
• Operate all digital presses.
• Help with various bindery tasks.
• Estimation of cost per project
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Transfer completed jobs to next department (Finishing, Mailing, Shipping, etc.).
• Work closely with Digital Printing team and Bindery/Finishing department to complete jobs.

• 1-2 years Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of print production is preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work on multiple projects at once
