Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead Needed! We are looking for a qualified Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and train crew members, to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. A variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance will be performed including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, cleanups, shrub trimming, planting, mulching, snow removal, and more.

The ideal candidate must have experience with landscaping tools and equipment. We are looking for someone who works well with crewmembers and clients. Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is a plus.

• Working with and leading a crew of 2-4 members in performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, cleanups, shrub trimming, planting, mulching, snow removal, and more.
• Safely operating and maintaining landscape equipment, tools, and vehicles, including driving a truck to transport crew members and a trailer to transport equipment.

• Valid Drivers License (Required)
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Strong leadership and the ability to lead a crew of 2-4 members.
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
• Willing to travel to different properties within Utah, Weber and Salt Lake County.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is a plus.
