As a Project Manager, you will work closly with the superintendant, learn to address customer calls and evaluate repair options, you will lead a team in demolitoin and construction projects, learn how to create construciotn estiamtes and a scope of work and manage field technicions. This position has an exciting mix of field work and office work. As a project anager, you will visit every job site, moniter processes and see projects to compleation. Successful Project Managers will follow a clear path for growth, obtaining job-specific IICRC certifications that lead to increased responsibilities and compensation within the company.

• Lead team meetings and guide project execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing the highest level of service.
• Perform any directives from the executive team, contributing to our mission and objectives.
• Conduct basic vehicle, equipment, and building maintenance.
• Safely climb ladders, lift at least 75 pounds, and work in confined spaces.
• Handle a variety of chemicals safely and without adverse reactions.
• Document all work processes and policies accurately.
• Maintain professional behavior and mature conduct when representing SOCOM Restoration.
• Keep job-related documentation up to date daily and organized for the next actions.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicles are clean, neat, and in working order at all times.
• Utilize basic computer skills, smartphones, and tablets for data entry and reporting.

• Documented experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation or a related field.
• Prior knowledge of construction practices and assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Evidence of specific training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
• No felony criminal history.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently, contributing positively to our team culture.
• Basic computer skills are needed. Elevated consideration will be given to applicants who have Xactimate experience.
