We are searching for a technically skilled and self-motivated Millwright to prepare and test both new and used equipment,. Problem solve and perform mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, clean and maintain work area. Follow safe work practices and conduct themselves in a professional manner with customers, vendors, and other employees. After proper training possible travel to install and repair equipment.

• Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their machine.
• Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
• Improve product and machinery knowledge.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Delivering machinery or products.
• Arrange for installation and test-operation of machinery.
• Recommend solutions to product-related problems.
• Arrange for and facilitate any repairs or maintenance for machinery.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with service team and share pertinent information across the company.
• Manage all warehouse machines repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Using diagnostic tools to identify issues and evaluating the available information.
• Promoting the company’s services.
• Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, packaging equipment, and metal working machinery.
• Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
• Must be able to read manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job.
• Ability to work independently without much supervision.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to effectively manage time and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• English literacy
• Managing time on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry including but not limited to forklift, crane, and other warehouse equipment.

Computer skills are a plus!
