We are looking for an experienced Backfill Operator that has a strong background in operating heavy equipment for backfill basement excavations.

• Ensure proper grading and compaction for construction projects
• Operate equipment such as track hoes, loaders, and skid steers
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Work closely with crew and be a good team member
• Maintain equipment

• Experience as a backfill operator or other heavy equipment experience is a must
• Must know how to operate all equipment required on the job site
• Knowledge reading plans, shooting grades, and compaction tests
• Must pass all pre-employment and random drug tests
