You will be primarily responsible for completing sprinkler repair jobs and participating in sprinkler installs. You will also aid in the completion of landscaping projects when needed and participate in additional tasks when assigned.

Employees must be able to perform their job responsibilities without being under the influence of any substances that could impair their judgment or ability to work safely.
• Ensure any branding on apparel or equipment reflects Alpine Landscaping and associated DBA's.

Responsibilities:

• You will arrive at job sites on time with the needed equipment or materials.
• Communicate with clients to address their concerns.
• Diagnose needed repairs and execute efficiently.
• Leave job sites clean as possible after the repair is completed. 
• Invoice for completed jobs before you leave the site.
• Take ownership of tasks assigned to you. 
• Maintain open communication with your superiors regarding your progress as well as your availability. 

Customer Experience:

• Maintain positive, open communication with clients regarding what is needed, next steps, and completion.

• Safety & Accountability:
• Adhere to safety protocols when on a job site.
• You are responsible for company property used by you and for damages caused by negligence or misuse. Losses resulting from Employee’s negligence or misconduct related to loss or damage of company or client property may be garnished from Employee’s wages.

Additional Duties:

• Train additional sprinkler technicians
• Ensure proper fueling of equipment & vehicles and equipment maintenance as directed by your Superior.
• Maintain cleanliness with company vehicles and work places.

Work Week Expectations

• Standard schedule: Full-Time, with optional weekend work based on workload.
• Field-based position; no work-from-home.
• Overtime requires prior approval, and technicians are limited to 40 hours per week unless necessary to meet deadlines.
• Potential for year-round work if desired, with winter offering opportunities for training, new products, snow removal, and growth.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience in sprinkler repair, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to do manual labor throughout the day.
