Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Tent Installation/Delivery Team Member and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable events! As a vital part of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless setup and takedown of tents, stages, dance floors, lighting, and other event equipment. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to deliver and handle various items such as tables and chairs, while maintaining equipment and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Takedown: Expertly assemble and disassemble tents, stages, dance floors, and lighting fixtures with precision and efficiency to create stunning event spaces.
• Equipment Delivery: Safely transport and deliver event equipment, including tables, chairs, and other items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to designated locations.
• Truck Operations: Assist in loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies, utilizing proper lifting techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition for future use, contributing to the overall quality and longevity of our inventory.
• Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients during equipment delivery and setup, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns with confidence and courtesy.
• Outdoor Work: Embrace working outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to ensure successful execution of tasks.

• Proven experience in tent installation and crew leadership

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
