Portfolio HOA Property Manager: Organizing and attending HOA/Board meetings, overseeing common areas and owners, obtaining bids for capital improvements, helping set budgets, working with the accounting department on financials, communicating with the Boards and the HOAs, enforcing property declarations, and addressing owner and board complaints. Daily interaction with the Front Desk Manager. Help process and oversee Work Orders. Track capital improvement projects. Respond to emergencies when necessary.
Front Desk Manager: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk including greeting clients, managing phone systems, dispersing, and following up on written communications with HOAs. Coordinating meetings via Zoom and transcribing HOA minutes. Tend to questions and manage HOAs. Help with coordination of maintenance items assuring they get completed in a timely fashion. Should have strong organizational skills. Work closely with owners. Help coordinate vendors and suppliers.
Full and Part time positions are available. 2 years of experience is a benefit.
