Jardine Builders is a growing commercial general contractor headquartered in Centerville, UT. We are looking to hire a shop and office manager to organize and maintain our company tools and equipment

- check-in, check-out tools

- maintain tool & equipment inventory

- track, schedule, & complete equipment maintenance

- organize shop & tools in storage

- pull & deliver tools to job site when necessary

- clean & prepare tools & equipment for next job

- order & stock office supplies

- greet & direct visitors to office

- may include fleet vehicle management

- may include assistant project manager responsibilities

Organization skills, attention to detail, ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, learn company asset management software, small engine maintenance skills encouraged (oil & air filter changes, etc.), self-motivated & disciplined.
