We are looking for a reliable, hands-on supervisor to oversee construction projects for our growing contractor business. This is a full-time position where you will manage and supervise construction projects, while also being involved in the physical labor alongside the team. As a supervisor you will be responsible for managing laborers, subcontractors, timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Required:

• Professional Experience in many different trades (framing, drywall, paint, finish carpentry, tile, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
• Must own personal tools withing 30 days of start date (assistance can be provided).

Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites in personal vehicle

Rare weekend or holiday work

Overtime is often available

Pay is depending on experience
