Job Description

Are you a problem solver with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in an environment where every day brings something new? We are looking for a full-time, dedicated individual to join our team at TMMA HOA as a Property Compliance Assistant Manager.

This role is perfect for someone who is serious about maintaining community standards, enjoys working with people, and can handle occasional conflict while staying calm and focused. You will be enforcing the governing documents of the HOA, helping property owners stay compliant, and being a part of our Aesthetic Review Committee. Responsibilities

  • Enforce TMMA governing documents related to property compliance, including maintenance, rental restrictions, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct weekly property compliance inspections (company vehicle provided for inspections).
  • Input compliance violations and manage related tasks via our HOA management software (Vantaca).
  • Handle compliance-related calls, emails, and office walk-ins.
  • Support the General Manager with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist the Aesthetic Review Committee with architectural guideline enforcement.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving and reading during property inspections (approximately 5-15 hours/week for inspections; company vehicle provided).
  • Full-time availability, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (In office/onsite).
  • Fast typist and able to quickly learn new computer systems and software.
  • Level-headed communicator who can manage conflicts and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Able to handle high-volume administrative work efficiently.
  • Team player who is honest, dependable, and takes pride in showing up on time and being a reliable contributor.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards and supporting the team culture.
