At Utah Pool Pros, we’re dedicated to providing top quality pool construction and maintenance services across Utah. As a fast growing, family run business, we take pride in our work and the relationships we build with our clients. We’re now looking for an organized and dependable Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our day to day operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the go to person for handling client communication, organizing schedules, pulling permits, and making sure payroll is processed on time. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, is detail oriented, and thrives on keeping things organized and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and respond to day to day calls and emails
• Follow up with clients to ensure top notch customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
• Pull permits and track their progress with local municipalities
• Assist with running weekly payroll
• Provide general administrative support to the office and field teams
Qualifications:
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes (QuickBooks experience a plus)
• Comfortable using scheduling and permit systems
• Reliable, self motivated, and customer service oriented
