Job Description

  • Immediate Opening -- Career Opportunity
  • Part-Time 20-25 hours/week. Could increase in future.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating our established in-house legal process, mainly online Justice Court filings. Legal experience a plus, but not required.
  • General admin support to CEO and VP Operations
  • Backup support to loan processing department.

Qualifications

  • A friendly, reliable and positive person.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
  • Ideally, at least an Associate's degree. Additional education is very helpful, but not required.
  • Minimum 5-years office experience.
  • Self-motivated, can work with a team or independently.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong general tech/computer skills
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is helpful, but not required.

Additional Information

This position will be based in our office at 2716 S. State St.
