We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in retaining walls, irrigation systems, drainage, pavers, sod, rocks, planting, flagstone, and turf installation.

We’re looking to hire three key positions for our team:

• Landscape Foreman (Full-Time)
• Landscape Laborer (Full-Time)
• Material Delivery Driver (Full-Time)
• Secretary (part time)

As a Landscape Foreman, you’ll lead landscaping projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a landscaping team on-site, assigning tasks and overseeing operations.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and readiness.
• Ensure high-quality installations and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on-site.

2. Landscape Laborer

As a Landscape Laborer, you’ll assist with the hands-on installation of landscaping features and maintain the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install sod, plants, pavers, and other landscaping features.
• Prepare the site by grading and leveling the ground.
• Transport and unload materials on-site.
• Assist with small equipment operation and site cleanup.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

3. Material Delivery Driver

As a Material Delivery Driver, you’ll ensure that landscaping materials are delivered safely and on time to job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and deliver landscaping materials (rocks, sod, plants, etc.) to job sites.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper placement.
• Maintain delivery schedules and coordinate with the Foreman.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure the truck is in good condition.
• Track materials delivered and assist with inventory management.

4. Secretary

As a Secretary, you’ll support the office with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team.
• Organize and file office documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic office tasks.
• Maintain smooth communication between the office and field teams.

1. Landscape Foreman

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of landscaping experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and plant installation.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

2. Landscape Laborer

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of landscaping or general labor experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

3. Material Delivery Driver

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of delivery or driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and load materials.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.

4. Secretary

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
