HVAC Journeyman

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
• Ensure systems are installed to code and company standards
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
• Maintain tools and company equipment in excellent condition

Requirements:

• Utah Journeyman HVAC License (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

️ HVAC Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Lead crews on commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules
• Mentor and support journeymen and apprentices
• Manage materials, timelines, and jobsite safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading commercial HVAC crews
• Journeyman License required; Foreman experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of HVAC codes and mechanical plans
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
