We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide customers with accurate information and advice regarding HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with the office team.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA
- RMGA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
