Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team. This role will involve overseeing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results, and managing a team of painters.

• Plan and execute residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Supervise and train a team of painters, providing guidance on techniques and safety procedures.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Minimum 2 years experience in the painting industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
