We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a private real estate group looking for team members to help with maintenance and renovations on our real estate holdings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and will be looking for a way to contribute their knowledge and expertise. We are not a community looking for an order taker but a real contributing member to the overall success of a Real Estate Portfolio. Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Help come up with a plan for the long-term care of the buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including fixtures, pipes, and drains.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC problems, such as heating and cooling system malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and landscaping.
• Help coordinate with outside vendors to complete large jobs.
• Inspect vendor work to verify it has been completed correctly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, with a preference for plumbing and HVAC expertise.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Additional skills considered in final pay, such as but not limited to welding, electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, and HVAC. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to physically do the job, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs routinely
