• Coach and lead a team of agency support professionals
• Ensure accurate, timely quote delivery aligned with underwriting guidelines
• Support agents through strong service, timely communication, and relationship-building
• Use data and feedback to track performance and improve outcomes
• Support Regional Managers and Senior Agency Relations on client needs and communication
• Provide mentorship, training, and development to your team
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture rooted in our core values

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
• Strong familiarity with our quoting tools, workflows, and service expectations
• Known for your communication skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using data to make decisions and guide improvements
• Committed to coaching and supporting others

Preferred skills:

• Experience supporting or managing remote teams
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
