Conveyors & Equipment has an opening for a self-motivated and experienced Business to Business (B2B) Industrial Counter Sales/Customer Order Fulfillment Representative. We supply, design and service conveyors, belting and material handling equipment. For 50 years we have served local industries including food processing, manufacturing, distribution, printing, recycling, and mining.

Our Industrial Counter Sales/Customer Order Fulfillment Representative works in partnership with our outside sales, service department, purchasing team and suppliers to provide exceptional customer service in fulfilling the needs of our customers. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Counter Sales & Customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and enter customer orders
• Source products, obtain quotes and issue purchase orders
• Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
• Shipping, receiving and delivery of products
• Support Outside Sales by fulfilling orders
• Inventory management

Skills/Qualifications:

• Good customer service experience.
• Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
• Knowledge of industrial material handling & conveyors a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding the paperwork flow in business
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Order Entry, Purchase Orders & Phones
• Mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to operate a Forklift
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Good driving record

Compensation, Benefits and Hours

Competitive salary based upon qualifications

Monday – Friday, 8-5

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: DOE but highly competitive

Rate: $20+ per hour DOE
