Fast-paced and growing auto body shop is seeking a reliable, long-term customer service rep (CSR)/administrative assistant with excellent multitasking skills. Our CSR is the first point of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive attitude, polished appearance and professional demeanor. The CSR will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, customer communication and account clerical support. This position will multi-task a variety of front office activities.
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate staff
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct person
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Manage necessary paperwork and tracking of vehicle status
Routine client communications including biweekly text updates
Ensure reception area is tidy
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
Other duties as assigned
Proven work experience as a customer service rep, front office or similar role preferred
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance with lively personality
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer first and can-do attitude
Effective collaborator and team player
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
High school diploma or GED minimum
Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
Bilingual is a plus
