Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk is responsible for entering invoices and expenses for all 4 branches of the company. We are looking to add an energetic, self-motivated, and positive team member to our accounts payable team. This associate will work closely with receiving, purchasing and other staff. They will also communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies, freight and any other situations that may arise. The applicant will be responsible for keeping track of vendor credits and applying them in a timely manner. The participant will also be responsible for Accounts Payable check runs 4 times per month. The accounts payable and receivable clerk reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. Hours for this position are 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday. The position is on site in Midvale, Utah.

·        Accounts Payable Data Entry

·        Account reconciliation

·        Accounts Payable Check runs

·        Communication with staff and vendors

·        Process customer checks in Accounts Receivable

·        Enter customer credit memos

·        Answer phones

·        Record keeping

·        Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma

• Detailed Oriented and Digitally Literate 

• Rapidly Learn and Apply Information

• Work on Multiple Projects Concurrently

• Accounts Payable or Receivable Experience

• Software Skilled (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel)

• Experience with FACTS ERP or payables with inventory will be given preference.

• Punctuality

• Reliable Transportation

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Pay is hourly starting at $20.00 per hour dependent upon experience and or education.
