Garage on Redwood is a busy, reputable automotive repair shop with a strong commitment to customer service and quality work. We’re currently looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and be the face of our front office.

Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the front-end of the service process. You’ll greet customers, communicate repair needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Write service estimates and explain recommended repairs
• Schedule appointments and follow up on open jobs
• Communicate with technicians about job progress
• Maintain accurate records and invoices
• Provide top-notch customer service from drop-off to pick-up

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge a plus (but we’re willing to train the right candidate)
• Computer literacy and ability to use POS/service software
