We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Product Development Assistant to support our Product Manager in managing overseas manufacturing projects. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and wants to play a key part in bringing physical products to life.

You’ll work closely with global suppliers, track timelines, ensure quality and accuracy in documentation, and help streamline communication to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

 Location: Primarily in-office with flexible hours and partial remote availability

Evening availability preferred to align with overseas factory communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily communication with overseas factories via email, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.

• Track and update product development timelines and production orders
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of product specs, costing, and supplier data
• 
  
• Prepare purchase orders and update internal tracking systems and spreadsheets
• 
  
• Identify and escalate delays or communication gaps to the Product Manager
• 
  
• Organize and inspect incoming product samples for quality, tagging, and measurement logging
• 
  
• Assist in the creation of internal product review decks and update slides
• 
  
• Respond to factory follow-up requests in a professional and timely manner
• 
  

Support occasional evening communications with vendors as needed
