As our network expands, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our Fiber Installation Team during our busy summer season.

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented individuals to join us as Seasonal Fiber Installation Technicians. This hands-on, outdoor role is ideal for those who enjoy working in the field and interacting with customers. Our installations include both underground and aerial fiber construction.

• Operate standard excavation equipment for fiber deployment

• Use hand tools to install fiber-optic lines to residential homes

• Work safely around existing utilities

• Restore and repair landscaping as needed after installation

• Install fiber-optic cable and terminal boxes in accordance with safety standards

• Identify optimal routing for fiber lines

• Lift and transport heavy tools, cable, and equipment

• Provide exceptional customer service during installation visits

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Landscaping experience (preferred)

• Familiarity with excavation equipment (preferred)

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
