$$ $2500 Base PLUS COMMISSION ON SALES! $$

This is a PAID 12 month training program, with the potential to move into Agency Ownership and build your own Book of Business, which comes with an EXTREMELY LUCRATIVE bonus structure!!

- Get licensed in Property & Casualty and Life and Health (Significant assistance from our district office)

- Contact WARM LEADS, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Establish client relations and follow up with customers, as needed.

- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.

- Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Sales Experience preferred.

- Successful track record of meeting sales and goals/ quotas preferred.

- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer’s needs.
