The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and actively participating in the construction and installation of landscape projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of both hardscape and softscape installation, and the ability to manage a crew to deliver high-quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner.

• Lead a crew of 2–6 laborers in the field, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution
• Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and layout designs
• Install retaining walls (block and boulders) pavers, coping stones, and artificial turf
• Construct outdoor features such as fire pits, fireplaces, play structures, and outdoor kitchens
• Perform planting of trees, shrubs, and other vegetation according to design specifications
• Operate and maintain tools and heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors
• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members
• Track material usage, labor hours, and job progress for reporting and billing
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and techniques

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction, including hardscape and softscape
• Previous experience in a foreman or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of retaining wall systems, paver installation, and outdoor feature construction
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and specifications
• Proficient in operating construction equipment and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
