Our 41-year-old company is looking for a deionization (DI) plant operator. We would love to hire an individual with previous experience, but we are happy to train as well. Starting pay is based on abilities. Back washing cation and anion resins

Separating resins for regeneration

Mixing chemicals and ensuring they’re stored properly (NO dormant open chemical containers)

Quality control - raw materials, inventory, product returning from clients, product prepared for clients, etc…

Assembling DI tanks

Loading resin into tanks

Cleaning the DI plant and surrounding areas (including outside near the plant).

Cleaning up after yourself at all times, including bathrooms and break room.

Follow through on all projects from start to finish.

Maintaining - Chemical neutralization and reporting - File written reports - Monitor and report inventory
