Scale house secretary

Position hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm during summer (Alternating with other employees)

Greet customers as they come and go from the pit. Open tickets for customers, keep track of incoming and outgoing loads, schedule deliveries, answer phones, light cleaning of office, keeping inventory on supplies. Invoicing through quickbooks and our ticketing software.

ConRock is a gravel pit selling construction materials and taking incoming material from the public and contractors.

QuickBooks knowledge is helpful! Must have great customer service skills and be able to work with all types of people and personalities. Must be organized and dependable. Must have own transportation to and from work!
