Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Paint Department Assistant to join our team. This role will support our Production Manager with day-to-day operations, working closely with superintendents, homeowners, and paint crews.

Responsibilities Include:

• Completing warranty paint touch-ups
• Painting shutters and small exterior items
• Running materials to paint crews and other departments
• Assisting other departments when needed
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Painting experience (required)
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
