One of the largest systems integrators in the Intermountain West has an immediate opening in our Draper, Utah office for an accounts receivable specialist to join our team. We have offices in three states and employ a core staff of 80+ personnel consisting of technicians, electricians, engineers, salespeople, project managers, and administrative staff allowing us to provide a full range of services and products.

This position requires a solid understanding of accounts receivable, attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication, a customer service mindset and strong computer skills.

• Accounts receivable experience
• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) and QuickBooks
• Effective communicator both verbally and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Construction accounting experience a plus
• Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
