The Repair Customer Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating a great customer experience when a customer brings instruments into Summerhays Music to be repaired. The coordinator will develope and foster excellent relationships with teachers, professional and student musicians.

Job duties include:

CUSTOMER INTERACTION:

Check in/ ring up customer instrument repairs

Answer customer phone calls providing information and updates

Communicate with customers via text and email

Create school estimates or bids

Create invoices for schools, teachers and institutions

ORGANIZATION AND SUPPLIES

Cycle parts inventory

Order supplies and parts

Maintain shop organization

Create optimal repair work flow

BASIC COMPUTER EFFICIENCY

Familiar with programs such as Word/Excel and Google equivalents.

Reasonable typing speed

PHYSICAL ABILITY

Must be able to lift instruments and carry them up and down stairs
