• Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk calendar
• Handle patient payments and ensure accurate billing
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient office environment

• Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoys interacting with patients and has excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Willing to take on additional shifts when needed
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in the schedule and work environment
• A team player who gets along well with others
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer service role is a plus

• Part-time hours: 7:15 AM to 4:20 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Occasional opportunities to cover additional shifts on other weekdays, in our Draper or Kaysville clinics
• We're currently hiring for a part-time position, with the possibility of full-time hours down the road
